The clothes feel damp from morning until night. This was the most ordinary day for employees in the composite workshop inspection position in the past, but now there have been significant changes, allowing inspectors to no longer work in the "steamer".

Since the beginning of summer, with the sharp increase in order volume of composite business units, multiple production equipment such as efficient deodorizers, flame recombiners, and glue machines in the composite workshop have simultaneously dissipated a large amount of heat, often resulting in higher temperatures inside the workshop than outside. In order to provide employees with a more comfortable working environment and relieve heat, Feng Hao, the head of the composite business entity, led Zhang Wu, the production department chief, and Wang Bin, the equipment personnel, to conduct multiple inspections. The water and air conditioning equipment removed from the Jindu Hotel, which was previously located at the headquarters of Kuanda Group, was reused and installed above the 10 inspection machines and inspectors' work areas in the composite workshop, After inspecting the layout of inspection equipment and formulating the installation plan for industrial water and air conditioning, the official installation and commissioning were finally completed on July 26th. Water cooled air conditioning is also known as water-cooled air conditioning, which uses the principle of water evaporation and heat absorption to achieve cooling. Not only does it save energy and electricity, but it also has a fast cooling speed. Under the action of water air conditioning, the temperature of the inspection position has dropped to below 28 ℃. After installing industrial water air conditioning on each inspection machine, employees can work in a relatively comfortable working environment, reducing physical discomfort caused by high workshop temperatures. Inspectors have expressed that this is much more comfortable than the wind blown by electric fans before.
