In 1990, we developed the woven polyester air texturing flame-retardant composite automobile interior fabric to replace artificial leather, successfully replacing imported products.

In 1993, kuangda was established.

In 1995,the project "Introduction of Key Equipment for the Production of High-Grade Automotive Interior Fabrics" was fully completed and put into production with an investment of 60 million yuan.

In 1999, the first wholly-owned subsidiary, Changchun Kuangda Automotive Fabric Co., Ltd. was established.

In 2001, Jiangsu Kuangda Automotive Fabric Group Co., Ltd. was established, establishing a supporting industry chain from spinning to finishing.

In 2007, Jiangsu Kuangda Automotive Fabric Group Co., Ltd. was established.

In 2010, Jiangsu Kuangda was successfully listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, stock code: 002516.

In 2013, we entered the sustainable development field of new energy and clean energy, mainly engaged in investment and operation of photovoltaic power stations.

In 2015, Jiangsu Kuangda was renamed KDTECH Group Co., Ltd. and successfully developed ecological synthetic leather and microfiber suede interior materials, with diversified products.

In 2020, the investment and operation business of photovoltaic power stations was optimized and adjusted, transformed and upgraded, and entered the scarce high-end SAW filter field.
